We are a credit broker, not a lender. We will receive commission from lenders. Different lenders pay different amounts depending on different commission models. For transparency we work with the following commission models: fixed fee, fixed rate of commission, percentage of the amount you borrow and rate for risk (this is based on the risk profile of the business).  However, the amount of commission that we receive from a lender does not have an effect on the amount that you pay to that lender under your credit agreement. Further details of the commission model, calculation and amount will be disclosed to you throughout your customer journey.

Calls may be monitored and recorded for training and quality control purpose. Think carefully before securing other debts against your home. Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any other debt secured on it.
